In preparation for the upcoming belt test on April 2nd, we worked basic walking drills in the beginner class and parry blocks, crescent falls, and takedowns in the advanced class

Thanks again for everyone that could make it last night to Olive Garden. I really appreciate the friendship and close-ties we’ve gained over the last few months, and for some of you over the years. Whether you continue to purse the martial arts through many more years or just temporarily for a few more months, I hope you still keep in touch with some of the great people you’ve met at the Dojo.- Sensei Sasha.
